Meet Trish

Trish Kopp is a veteran teacher, proud union worker, mother of four and candidate for NYS State Assembly. Born and raised on Long Island, she raised her children on the South Shore and taught for over twenty years in both the Half Hollow Hills and Brentwood School Districts.

“As a mom I have no choice but to fight, not just for my children’s future, but for the future of every child and every hard working South Shore family.”

Trish is a Democratic Committee Member and has worked
on campaigns and grassroots organizing for decades.
She has a family history steeped in unions and is an unwavering advocate for public schools and union workers.
