I am a veteran public school teacher, proud union member, and mother of four. I was born and raised locally and built my life on the South Shore.
For more than 20 years, I taught in the Half Hollow Hills and Brentwood School Districts, spending my career alongside students, families, and fellow educators.
Family, education, community, and public service have shaped nearly every part of my life.

I am the proud daughter of NYPD Homicide Detective Ken Regan and the proud sister of Lieutenant Jamie Regan.
My family, the NYPD Regans, is known for having more siblings serve in blue than any family in NYPD history.
Growing up in a family with such a deep connection to public service shaped my understanding of responsibility, hard work, and the importance of being there for the people around me.
Mom of Four
Being a mom has been one of the defining parts of my life.
I raised my four children on the South Shore, balancing family life with more than two decades in public education and years of involvement in my community.

Long Island Roots & Service
I spent more than 20 years teaching in the Half Hollow Hills and Brentwood School Districts. I am also a proud union member with deep roots in the labor movement.
Outside the classroom, I have spent years involved in my community as a Democratic Committee Member and longtime grassroots organizer.
Whether I was teaching, raising my children, working alongside fellow union members, or participating in my community, my life has remained closely connected to the people around me.
Long Island is where I grew up, built my career, and raised my four children. My family has spent generations serving our communities, and the South Shore remains the place at the center of my family’s story.
